We use known software and project management packages to produce project timelines and use these and other metrics to monitor the successful implementation of a project.
Documentation is one of the key elements to any project, from the information used before and during a project such as the Project Initialisation Document and Budget forecast, we will produce documents that remain after the project is completed, such as maintenance schedules and manuals, schematic diagrams and full cable schedules with details of all installed items.
If there are frameworks such as PRINCE2, or Scrum/Agile methodology already being used within an organisation, then the projects can be managed through the standard suite of processes or a modified lighter version can be used depending on the business needs.
